Return and Refund Policy

At Swift Vinyl, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

1. 15-Day Return Window

You have 15 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return. After this period, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be in the same condition that you received it (unworn, unused, and unwashed).

  • It must have all original tags and be in its original packaging.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, you must contact us at contact.swiftvinyl@gmail.com.

  • Please note: Returns must be sent to the address provided by our support team.

  • Warning: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • Shipping Costs: Unless the item is defective or damaged, shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Sale items or gift cards.

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

6. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. The item must still meet the condition requirements mentioned in Section 2.

7. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

8. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

 

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at contact.swiftvinyl@gmail.com.
